I’m Kati Sojda, founder of Impact Made Human.
I’ve spent my career turning complicated ideas into something real; leading teams, managing projects, building systems, implementing new initiatives and creating experiences from the ground up.
What I’ve learned is that the work I love most lives somewhere between people, ideas and experience. I love figuring out what could be possible, bringing the right pieces together, and creating something people are genuinely glad to be part of.
