I’m Kati Sojda, founder of Impact Made Human.
Throughout my career in leadership, project management, and organizational development, I’ve found that the most meaningful work happens when thoughtful planning meets genuine care for people.
I love brining ideas to life, finding ways to make things better, and paying attention to the details that can turn something ordinary into something exceptional. Whether I’m helping an organization navigate a complex project, supporting the planning of an event, or creating opportunities for people to connect, my approach is rooted in collaboration, intention, and a commitment to quality.
But beyond the plans, processes, and logistics, what matters most to me is the human side of it all. I believe people deserve experiences that make them feel valued, opportunities that bring them together, and thoughtful solutions that genuinely improve their lives.
That’s why I created Impact Made Human: to combine the skills I’ve developed throughout my career with something I’ve always cared deeply about - making a positive difference in the lives of others.
